Due to limited capacity and no time slot reservation guarantees for third parties, it is strongly recommended to make your own reservation directly at Sky Club to easily confirm and secure your preferred time slot. If your preferred timeslot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative timeslot. Advanced booking is required and requested time slot is subjected to availability. Please call 2733 2800 for reservations at least 24 hours in advance
Children under the age of 18 who wish to gain admission to the Sky Club must be accompanied by their parents or adults
Locker and towels are provided at the front desk of the sky club every time, and guests must return them before leaving the sky club

Cancellation Policy:
Any amendment / cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the booking, otherwise this Voucher will be treated as used.
If you are late for less than 30 minutes, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly and the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted.
If you does not show up for the treatment or is late for 30 minutes or more, the treatment will deem to be cancelled and full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted.
