- Advance booking is required and reservation is subject to space availability. Please quote the use of E-voucher upon reservation (Tel: 2733 2800).
- Kindly present this E-voucher upon arriving in the Sky Club Spa.
- This E-voucher can be used only upon the date of treatment.
- This E-voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
- E-voucher’s validity cannot be extended.
- This E-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- The Royal Garden reserved the right for final decision in case of any dispute arising from the promotion.
Cancellation Policy:
- Any amendment / cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the booking, otherwise this E-Voucher will be treated as used.
- If you are late for less than 30 minutes, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly and the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted.
- If you does not show up for the treatment or is late for 30 minutes or more, the treatment will deem to be cancelled and full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted.
