Serving you a gastronomic journey with exclusive 7-course lunch menu and 10-course dinner menu by transforming the freshest ingredients into exquisite dishes in the unique Kyoto style with his own touch of originality, Chef Yozo Ueda also was praised as a ‘chef genius’.
