In the celebration of Dong Lai Shun's 20th Anniversary, Chef Sze Chiu Kwan, Executive Chef of Dong Lai Shun presents a series of classic Beijing specialties, including “Pan-fried Prawn Heads with Sweet and Sour Sauce & Deep-fried Shrimp Mousse with Black Sesame”. It is one of Beijing's famous "Tan’s Cuisine" dishes and the top 3 shrimp dishes in Beijing style. Chef Sze has showcased his culinary and food presentation skills while the dish combines two different cooking methods.
