Royal Garden Hotel Dong Lai Shun has prepared a master-class cooking experience for everyone!
The renowned executive Chef Sze will personally teach the preparation method of Chilled Hand-made Noodles, share with you the techniques of processing Cold Noodles and the secret of adjusting the sauce. Chef Sze - The Head Chef will provide an impromptu demonstration of Dong Lai Shun's famous dish - "Wok-fried Diced Mutton with Homemade Sichuan Chilli Sauce". Guest can experience the flavor of Sichuan through this dish.
