Cancellation Policy:

• Any amendment / cancellation must be made 24-hour prior to the booking, otherwise this Voucher will be treated as used.
• If you are late for less than 30 minutes, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly and the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted.
• If you do not show up for the treatment or is late for 30 minutes or more, the treatment will deem to be cancelled and full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted.
