• All prices are included 10% service charge
• Due to limited capacity and no time slot reservation guarantees for third parties, it is strongly recommended to make your own reservation directly at Sky Club to easily confirm and secure your preferred time slot. If your preferred timeslot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative timeslot. Advanced booking is required and requested time slot is subjected to availability.

• Please present this voucher upon arriving in the Sky Club Spa
• For dine-in consumption only at Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant (Kowloon Branch)
• This voucher can be used only upon the date of treatment
• This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash
• This voucher is non-refundable
• This voucher’s validity cannot be extended
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers
• The Royal Garden Tsim Sha Tsui reserved the right for final decision in case of any dispute arising from the promotion

Cancellation Policy:

• Any amendment / cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the booking, otherwise this Voucher will be treated as used
• If you are late for less than 30 minutes, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly and the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted
• If you do not show up for the treatment or is late for 30 minutes or more, the treatment will deem to be cancelled and full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted

• Spa Service: 10:00 to 22:00 (Last appointment at 8:00)
• Gym Facilities: 10:00 to 20:00
• Sauna Facilities: 10:00 to 21:00 (In Male Changing Room: Jacuzzi and Sauna / In Female Changing Room: Steam and Herbal Sauna; Experience Shower)
