• This offer can be purchase from now to 31 Aug 2025.
• The voucher is valid for 60 day(s) from the booking confirmation date.
• All prices are included 10% service charge.
• Due to limited capacity and no time slot reservation guarantees for third parties, it is strongly recommended to make your own reservation directly at Sky Club to easily confirm and secure your preferred time slot. If your preferred timeslot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative timeslot. Advanced booking is required and requested time slot is subjected to availability. Please call 2733 2800 for reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
• The treatment service of this voucher can only be used by the same guest on the same day.
• Participants must be aged 15 or above to participate in this activity.
• Participants under the age of 18 who wish to gain admission to the Sky Club must be accompanied by their parents or adults.
• Locker and towels are provided at the front desk of the sky club every time, and guests must return them before leaving the sky club.
• Please present this voucher upon arriving in the Sky Club Spa.
• This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
• This voucher’s validity cannot be extended.
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
• The Royal Garden reserved the right for final decision in case of any dispute arising from the promotion.

Other Policy:

• This voucher is non-refundable.
• Any amendment / cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the booking, otherwise this Voucher will be treated as used.
• If you are late for less than 30 minutes, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly and the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted.
• If you does not show up for the treatment or is late for 30 minutes or more, the treatment will deem to be cancelled and full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted.
