- Gift card valid from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027 (both date inclusive)
- Gift card is not valid on 1st – 3rd Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day & Eve, Mother’s Day & Eve, Father’s Day and Eve, Mid-Autumn Festival & Eve, 10th -26th December, New Year’s Day & Eve
- Gift card order can be collected at hotel festival counter on or before 31 March 2026
- Gift card order can be collected at hotel festival counter one day after the order has been placed
- Please present the order confirmation email at hotel lobby counter upon collection of gift card
- Whole gift card order need to be collected at once and no split collection will be allowed

Hotel Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• RG Gift Card is issued by The Royal Garden (Tsimshatsui) and can only be used to redeem goods or services at The Royal Garden (Tsimshatsui) restaurants and Spa.
• RG Gift Card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount, Guest Chef menu and special set menu.
• RG Gift Card is not applicable to ticket sales, festive goodies & hampers.
• RG Gift Card can be used on home-made items only at Fine Foods.
• RG Gift Card can be used at banquet menu with maximum 3 tables (maximum 12 persons per table) quota.
• RG Gift Card cannot be used in wedding menu.
• RG Gift Card validity cannot be extended.
• Any unused balance will automatically be forfeited upon its expiry.
• RG Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or dining voucher.
• RG Gift Card will not be replaced or reimbursed if it is lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
• In case of any disputes, The Royal Garden’s decision shall be final.
