• The voucher is only valid for 1 Oct 2026 and can be redeemed only at 5:30PM.
• All prices are included 10% service charge.
• Due to limited capacity and no time slot reservation guarantees for third parties, it is strongly recommended to make your own reservation directly at Sky Club to easily confirm and secure your preferred time slot. If your preferred timeslot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative timeslot. Advanced booking is required and requested time slot is subjected to availability. Please call 2733 2800 for reservation at least 24 hours in advance
• Please present this voucher upon arriving in the Sky Club Spa
• This voucher can be used only upon the date of treatment
• This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
• This voucher’s validity cannot be extended.
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers
• The firework display is cancelled due to weather condition(s) or any force majeure event(s), The Royal Garden Tsim Sha Tsui will not compensate nor refund.
• The Royal Garden Tsim Sha Tsui reserved the right for final decision in case of any dispute arising from the promotion

Other Policy:

• This voucher is non-refundable.
• If you are late for less than 30 minutes, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly and the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted.
• If you do not show up for the treatment or is late for 30 minutes or more, the treatment will deem to be cancelled and full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted.

• Gym Facilities: 10:00 to 20:00
• Sauna Facilities: 10:00to 21:00 (In Male Changing Room: Jacuzzi and Sauna / In Female Changing Room: Steam and Herbal Sauna; Experience Shower)
